Pink, pink, pink....gift making!

Hi all! 

Today I'm sharing with you some pink things I've sewed up!

First up is a spool of thread wall hanging. 

I got the tutorial for this from here and then quilted it up to turn it in to a wall hanging.  

Look at all that texture!!!!

Next is a sewing machine pin cushion. I got the idea here that I found on pinterest.

And lastly is a pixie basket. Here is the tutorial.

I LOVE how tiny this basket is! 

All three of these pink items are for my mom for mother's day.  I wanted to help her add some color to her sewing room and she mentioned she likes pink. :) 

And these have already been gifted. :)  I can't believe I'm on the ball and finished in time to get them in the mail early!  

Happy mother's day mom and thanks for teaching me to quilt back in 2012 when I was egar to learn. Thanks for putting me in sewing lessons when I was 8, and encouraging me to do the things I desired throughout my childhood.

I will always appreciate that and I hope I can do the same with my children.  Love you momma!
