Hi all!
Today I'm sharing with you a birthday card I made.
For this card I stamped the hat and saying in black ink, added a twine bow and added some black enamel stars to finish the card.
For this card I used some retired products I had on hand: Halloween paper, black enamel stars, and thistle twine.
